🧠 Meet Your Expert
Hey, I’m Alexis: founder of this program, lifelong runner, and a coach who’s obsessed with helping athletes train smarter, stay injury-free, and compete at their absolute best.
I hold a Master’s degree in Exercise & Sport Science with a focus in Biomechanics and Sports Performance. My research has taken me deep into the science of running, everything from analyzing form and injury risk to studying how worn-out shoes impact performance.
One of my thesis projects focused on how accurate wearable running tech really is and how athletes can use that data to improve their training without guesswork.
